Administrators can download a report with room details by clicking on the circular download icon on the bottom right of the admin view page.
The report will provide a list of all your rooms in myVC with the following details.

Description | Text included in room settings description box |
Cost Centre | Cost centre that will incur room charges (monthly fee and SMS charges) |
Date Created | Date and time the room was initially created |
Date of last activity | Date and time the room settings were last amended |
Name of last User | The name of the person who made the amendment |
Names of all members in the room | List of all room members |
Short URL | Short waiting room name |
URL | External participant link |
