The participant link is the room link provided to the patient, consumer and other participants. Use your clinic's preferred mode of communication such as SMS, email or letter to send this link to participants when confirming your appointment.
You can access this link via your user profile, by following these steps:
- Open your user profile by clicking on your name in the top of the myVC home page.
- Select the Room Availability and Notifications button.
- Find the room you would like to acquire the link from.
- Click on the link icon (pictured below).
A message prompt will be displayed at the bottom of your screen confirming that the link has been copied. When it is on your clipboard, you can paste the link where required.
