Medicare billing consent is a customisable feature within room settings. The system administrator will determine if this feature is activated with room configurations.
When active, a billing consent window will pop up as a patient, client or consumer completes their steps to join a waiting room. Patients will be asked to accept or decline Medicare billing on their behalf for this consultation.
Regardless of their response, the patient will progress to the waiting room.

The patient’s response will be visible on the waiting queue and noted in the chat history.
