Contacting technical support

The State-wide service desk assists NSW Health staff with technical issues for myVirtualCare.

Phone 1300 285 533

Any technical issues should be reported. Contacting the State-wide service desk by phone will automatically generate a ticket.

Technical issues can also be reported by completing an enquiry on Search and Request Anything (SARA).

How to report a technical issue on SARA

To log a MyVC SARA ticket, log into https://sara.health.nsw.gov.au/ and follow these steps.

You can choose between two ways.

Option 1

  1. Use the home page search bar to open a Create incident form.
  2. Complete Requester details
  3. Complete all details: Select Software or Business Application as the category.
  4. Select Conferencing Services-MyVirtualCare as the Business Service/Application.

  5. Select NSWH-virtualcareprod01-AWS-PROD in Application Service.
  6. Add any attachments by clicking on the paperclip icon (if required). Click Submit.

Option 2

  1. On the home page, select I have an Enquiry.
    • Select Information Technology as the service area.
    • Select Yes in response to: Is this enquiry about an IT service or device that is not working as expected?
    • Click Create incident form link or Submit button.
  2. Complete Requester details
  3. Complete all details: Select Software or Business Application as the category.
  4. Select Conferencing Services-MyVirtualCare as the Business Service/Application.

  6. Add any attachments by clicking on the paperclip icon (if required). Click Submit.
