The following resources have been developed to support the implementation of the Minimum standards for coordinated delivery of paediatric rehabilitation in NSW Health.

The various resources relate to different minimum standards, with resources for both clinicians and consumers. Useful links to support understanding and implementation of the minimum standards have been included.
