- Aboriginal Chronic Conditions Network Working towards improving the experience and delivery of healthcare for Aboriginal people with chronic conditions in NSW.
- Acute Care for Children and Older People Stream The Acute Care Taskforce works to improve the experience of care for acute medical patients in hospitals across the NSW Health system. They do this by working with acute and primary care clinicians, health system managers and consumers to research, develop and support the implementation of system-wide opportunities to improve care for acute medical patients in NSW.
- Aged Health Network Working to improve the experience and delivery of healthcare for older people in NSW by researching, designing and promoting models of care for an ageing population.
- Anaesthesia Perioperative Care Network Working to improve the experience and delivery of healthcare by addressing and promoting practice improvement across a multidisciplinary network.
- Blood and Marrow Transplant Network Working to improve the experience and delivery of healthcare for patients accessing Blood and Marrow Transplant (BMT) services across NSW.
- Brain Injury Rehabilitation Network Working to improve the experience and delivery of healthcare for children, young people and adults of working age with severe Traumatic Brain Injury.
- Burn Injury Network Working to improve the delivery and experience of healthcare for burn injured patients from admission through to hospital discharge, rehabilitation and ongoing support.
- Cardiac Network Working to improve the experience and delivery of healthcare for patients with cardiac conditions across NSW.
- Chronic Care for Aboriginal People Providing a supported framework for Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal staff working with Aboriginal communities to address State-wide and local chronic disease initiatives.
- Chronic Care Network Working to improve the experience and delivery of healthcare across the continuum for people with chronic disease in NSW
- Clinical Genetics Network Established to improve the experience and delivery of healthcare for patients accessing clinical genetics services in NSW by developing and implementing best practice.
- Diabetes and Endocrine Network Working to improve the outcomes, experience and delivery of healthcare by supporting and promoting best practice care for people with diabetes and other endocrine disorders.
- Drug and Alcohol Network Working to improve the experience and delivery of healthcare for people receiving drug and alcohol related treatment services across NSW.
- Emergency Care Institute Working to improve outcomes for patients presenting at hospital emergency departments across NSW through coordination, networking and research.
- Frailty Taskforce The Frailty Taskforce will focus on how to improve care for people living with frailty or at high risk of becoming frail. This will include strengthening a more integrated approach to frailty, ageing well and end of life care. The Frailty Taskforce will be exploring and advising on all aspects of the frailty spectrum.
- Gastroenterology Network Working to improve the experience and delivery of healthcare for patients across NSW with a range of digestive system disorders.
- Gynaecological Oncology Network Working to improve the experience and delivery of healthcare for gynaecological cancer services across NSW.
- Institute of Trauma and Injury Management Bringing together healthcare professionals that provide trauma and injury management services across the NSW Health System.
- Intellectual Disability Network Working to improve the experience and delivery of healthcare for people with intellectual disability of every age by providing clinical leadership, research and education.
- Intensive Care NSW Working to improve intensive care services across NSW.
- Maternity and Neonatal Network The Maternity and Neonatal Network is currently being established. It will bring together clinicians, health managers and consumers to improve the experience and delivery of maternity and neonatal health care in NSW.
- Mental Health Network The Mental Health Network provides a forum for clinicians, consumers and managers to work together to design and promote better healthcare for NSW.
- Musculoskeletal Network Working to improve the experience and delivery of healthcare for people who have a range of musculoskeletal conditions in NSW.
- NSW Diabetes Taskforce The NSW Diabetes Taskforce has been established to oversee a standardised, state-wide approach to the evidence based clinical care elements of diabetes management to deliver improved experience and outcomes for people living with diabetes, and value to the system.
- Nuclear Medicine Network Providing advice on this highly specialised branch of Medical Imaging to the NSW Ministry of Health, Local Health Districts and Specialty Networks.
- Nutrition Network Working to improve nutrition care and food standards in NSW hospitals and to improve equity and access to Home Enteral Nutrition services across NSW.
- Ophthalmology Network Working to improve the experience and delivery of healthcare for people accessing public sector ophthalmic services in NSW, including cataract surgery, complex eye surgery and general ophthalmology consultations.
- Paediatric Network Working to improve the experience and delivery of healthcare for children (0 - 16 years) across NSW
- Pain Management Network Working to improve the experience and delivery of healthcare for patients with chronic pain across NSW.
- Palliative Care Network Working to ensure that all NSW residents have equitable access to quality care based on assessed need as they approach and reach the end of their life.

- Radiology Network Working to improve the quality, safety and effectiveness of radiology services for NSW patients and to support collaboration and networking among radiology departments and their referrers across metropolitan and rural NSW.
- Reducing Unwarranted Clinical Variation Taskforce The Reducing Unwarranted Clinical Variation Taskforce was convened in 2012. The Taskforce is chaired by Professor Brian McCaughan and Professor Jacquie Close and comprises senior clinicians from a variety of disciplines, and Pillars (ACI, CEC, BHI, the Ministry of Health and the Sax Institute).

- Renal Network Working to improve the experience and delivery of healthcare for patients accessing renal ambulatory, home dialysis, renal transplant and supportive services throughout NSW.

- Rural Health Network Working to improve the experience and delivery of healthcare by providing a coordinated approach to healthcare improvement involving rural health service providers and consumers.
- State Spinal Cord Injury Service Working to improve the experience and delivery of healthcare for people with spinal cord injuries in NSW.
- Stroke Network Working to improve the experience and delivery of healthcare for NSW stroke patients by better co-ordinating stroke services and providing a forum to share resources and promote expertise.
- Surgical Services Taskforce The Surgical Services Taskforce (SST) was established to optimise access to elective surgery for patients within the NSW Health system.
- Transition Care Network Working to improve the experience and delivery of healthcare for young people with chronic health problems and disabilities as they transition from paediatric to adult health services.
- Urology Network Working to improve the experience and delivery of healthcare for NSW patients with urological conditions.
- Violence Abuse and Neglect Clinical Network Supporting the development of initiatives and delivery of healthcare for patients and clients who have experienced violence, abuse and neglect.
