We are committed to continuously improving LGBTIQ+ inclusion within our workplace, and to building our capacity to contribute to an LGBTIQ-inclusive health system.

We are a member of two national LGBTIQ+ inclusion support programs, Pride in Diversity and Pride in Health and Wellbeing. We participate annually in the Australian Workplace Equality Index. These programs guide our LGBTIQ+ inclusion work, aid in our capability development and support us with tracking our progress. We partner with these organisations to improve the experience for our staff that identify as LGBTIQ+, so they can bring their whole self to work and to educate and inform our allies.
