Leading Better Value Care was a program that accelerated value-based healthcare in NSW. It involves clinicians, networks and organisations working together on high-impact initiatives to improve outcomes and experiences for people with specific conditions.
The program was a collaboration between the NSW Ministry of Health, Agency for Clinical Innovation, Clinical Excellence Commission, Cancer Institute NSW and local health districts and specialty health networks across NSW, focusing on 13 clinical initiatives.
The initiatives were:
