Do you work in a healthcare setting and need to run a change project? The ACI provides coaching and education to implement change projects that improve patient care.

We support knowledge sharing across sites, link sites working on similar initiatives and provide access to relevant clinical networks. The support offered is tailored to individual site needs and may involve mentoring, guidance, facilitation and training throughout a project.

Patient-reported measures is critical to supporting Leading Better Value Care across NSW; shifting the focus from measuring volume to measuring value – value in terms of the outcomes and experiences that matter to patients.

In NSW, the Patient Reported Measures Program gives patients the opportunity to provide direct, timely feedback about their health-related experiences and outcomes. This feedback helps drive improvement and enables NSW Health to deliver better value care that is sustainable over time.
