Drug interactions diet - grapefruit - nil

A diet without any grapefruit or grapefruit products.

Drug interactions diet - iodine - low

A diet low in iodine (<50µg/day) to promote maximal uptake of radioiodine (131I) for diagnosis and/or treatment of thyroid cancer.

Drug interactions diet - tyramine low - for MAOI

To prevent adverse reactions such as severe headache, tachycardia and hypertension in patients taking monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) medications by restricting the tyramine content of the diet.
