Accelerating Implementation Methodology

Accelerating Implementation Methodology (AIM) is a practical set of principles and tools to manage the human elements critical to successful implementation.

AIM identifies the personal and organisational factors that need to be considered in change projects. It systematically analyses and generates tactics to address resistance and increase readiness.
