Case management in the NSW Brain Injury Rehabilitation Program (BIRP) is a collaborative process. It involves the coordination, rehabilitation, care and support of people with complex clinical needs admitted to BIRP services following a traumatic or acquired brain injury.

The BIRP model of case management includes the aims, principles, definition and core elements.
