ACI Chronic Care for Aboriginal People Program
New directions workshop: Findings from across the state
This workshop was aimed at participants in the site visits undertaken by the Chronic Care for Aboriginal People team to each local health district and specialty health network from October to December 2016.
The workshop aims were to:
- present key findings from the 18 local health district and specialty health network site visit consultations
- begin prioritising identified issues for the ACI Chronic Care for Aboriginal People Program to consider for inclusion in its plan of work
- share ideas about how the ACI Chronic Care for Aboriginal People Program can begin to address these.
