Overview

The Virtual Care Exchange Forum is a highly regarded monthly forum that provides the opportunity for participants to extend their knowledge and capability when integrating virtual care into clinical practice. It is facilitated by experts and clinical champions who openly share their knowledge and learnings (successes and failures) from integrating technology into clinical care.

Research is the cornerstone of innovation within NSW Health, driving evidence-based improvements that enhance patient outcomes, safety, and system efficiency.

The May 2026 forum will showcase virtual care research or health initiatives that have, or will, explore new models of care, improve patient outcomes, enhance accessibility, or leverage technology to innovate healthcare delivery.

The forum is open to healthcare managers, providers, administrators, patients, consumers and carers across NSW, Australia and internationally.
