Applications are open to obtain a General Authority as a continuation prescriber.

Endorsed training courses

The following courses are endorsed by the NSW Ministry of Health and must be completed prior to applying to become a continuation prescriber. Only 1 of the following courses is required.

Applicants who have completed any of these courses within the past 3 years do not need to repeat them; however, must produce evidence of completion upon request.

  • A comprehensive guide to adult ADHD in general practice
  • Advanced ADHD psychopharmacology: Medications, neuroscience and prescribing guidelines for clinicians
7 hours$300
