Join us for a robust discussion, chaired by Emeritus Professor Les White AM, about using health data to support people with intellectual disability. During the event we will:
- identify and explore the data available on how people with intellectual disability use health services
- discuss mapping areas of need and focus, to improve health outcomes and system efficiencies
- explore using data to help ensure:
- intellectual disability is accurately identified (including public reporting requirements)
- reasonable adjustments are adopted
- care is optimised through the use of resources and training
- resource allocation is improved.
