The aim of the Vocational Intervention Program (VIP) is to manage employment programs for people with brain injury in NSW, to improve their experiences and outcomes in returning to work.
At the core of the program is the collaboration between Brain Injury Rehabilitation Program clinicians and vocational rehabilitation providers.
Vocational rehabilitation providers can use this toolkit to:
- understand how brain injury can impact a person’s capacity to return to work
- understand the different funding schemes and pathways
- support people returning to work after a brain injury.
