Eligibility criteria Live in the ACT (NSW residents who need multi-disciplinary rehabilitation may be eligible in some cases), Are aged 16 years or over have neurological conditions (such as spinal cord injury, stroke, multiple sclerosis, motor neurone disease, Parkinson’s disease) who have had a recent change in function, People with non-neurological conditions who have experienced a functional change requiring rehabilitation
