Monday to Wednesday 8am-4.30pm

Eligibility

• Diabetes
• Foot Ulcer/wound
• Osteomyelitis/Bone Infection
• Charcot neurarthropathy deformity (either acute or chronic)
• Acute Lower limb ischemia with foot ulceration
• Gangrene of the lower limb
• Cellulitis or soft tissue infection or absess

NBMLHD Resident

Referral form must be completed by medical professional and faxed or emailed available from the website URL address.

  • Orthotist
  • Podiatrist
  • Vascular Specialist
• Intervention provided:
  • Comprehensive assessment, intervention and education with clinician and MDT
  • Outreach
  • Pressure off-loading footwear, devices
  • Preventative and Step down Podiatry services
• Common referrals
  • Multidisciplinary Allied Health teams within hospital
  • Community based Allied Health
