The network is leading a review of the Using Resuscitation Plans in End of Life Decisions NSW Health policy directive. It considers:
- broad end of life care decisions
- the goals of care conversations with people who have a life-limiting diagnosis.
Representatives from a range of clinical disciplines and specialty groups, including consumers, with expertise using resuscitation plans at end of life are invited to contribute to the review. If you are interested in participating, please email ACI-PallCare@health.nsw.gov.au
