This care places the person at the centre, where their preferences, values, beliefs and dignity are respected and quality of life matters most.

Clinical Principles for End of Life and Palliative Care

The Guideline identifies the clinical principles and key actions that will support good quality, evidence-informed practice and improvement in the provision of end of life and palliative care in NSW.

A Blueprint for Improvement

The Blueprint has been developed to provide a flexible guide for health services to meet the needs of people approaching and reaching the end of life, their families and carers.

A statewide portal for palliative and end of life care resources supported by the Agency for Clinical Innovation and the Clinical Excellence Commission.
