Understanding the impact of ambiguity relating to patient outcomes on emergency nurses

Researchers from the University of Sydney are conducting a study to explore and understand the ambiguity of patients' and/or their significant others' clinical, social and personal outcomes following an ED presentation and the potential subsequent impact of this ambiguity on the professional and personal lives of emergency nurses.

Enrolled, endorsed and registered nurses, currently or previously practising in an ED are invited to provide their experiences and insights through the completion of an anonymous online survey.

17 questions. Estimated 10-20 minutes.
