For adults
SANE
SANE is the leading national mental health organisation for people with complex mental health issues in Australia and for the families and friends that support them.
Their factsheets and guides are in digital format and provide easy-to-read information.
Wayahead
Wayahead is a NSW based organisation working to educate people throughout NSW on mental health and wellbeing and link them to services and resources that improve their mental health. There are links to other services in NSW on their factsheet pages.
Wayahead have translated mental health factsheets in community languages.
Centre for Clinical Interventions
The Centre for Clinical Interventions (CCI) is a specialist clinical psychology service in Perth, WA.
Their fact sheets are much more detailed. For example, they have 15 factsheets on anxiety, ranging from "what is anxiety?" to "overcoming needle phobia".

headspace
headspace is Australia’s National Youth Mental Health Foundation, providing early intervention mental health services to 12-25 year-olds.
They have over 30 printable fact sheets to share with young people and family and friends supporting young people.
