The ITIM NSW Trauma app (“NSW Trauma”) has been developed for medical, nursing and allied health clinicians of NSW Health and NSW Ambulance that work across the trauma continuum within New South Wales, to provide information on the delivery of care to traumatically injured patients presenting to a NSW Health facility. The use of NSW ITIM NSW Trauma app is not a substitute for appropriate medical advice.

The ITIM NSW Trauma app (“NSW Trauma”) contains information, data, documents, pages and images (“the Information") prepared by The Agency for Clinical Innovation (“ACI”) for and on behalf of the Crown in right of the State of New South Wales.
Whilst the Information contained in this app has been presented with all due care, ACI does not warrant or represent that neither the ITIM NSW Trauma app, nor the Information, is free from errors or omission. The Information contained does not indicate an exclusive course of action, or serve as a standard of medical care. Variations, taking individual circumstances into account, may be appropriate and clinicians must use their own judgment when making use of the ITIM NSW Trauma app and the material available via NSW Trauma. It is recommended that the accuracy of the Information derived from the NSW Trauma, especially drug doses, is verified independently.

By registering and using the ITIM NSW Trauma app (“NSW Trauma”), the user consents to The Agency for Clinical Innovation (“ACI”) collecting and storing personal information relating to registration and use of NSW Trauma for use within the NSW public health system. The personal information collected through the user registration will include your name, email, profession, qualification, area of care, NSW public health organisation and health facility.
Use of your personal information
Your personal information will be held securely by NSW Health and will be used to improve user experience within NSW Trauma, to inform analytic reports to help us understand NSW Trauma traffic and usage and deliver improved content in the app. This information will not be disclosed to any parties external to NSW Health unless required by law. It will also be used to communicate with you about changes to the NSW ITIM NSW Trauma app.
