Large System Transformation Forum 2015

Healthcare delivery systems around the world are redesigning their services. In a recent study, ACI investigated its own approach to transforming the NSW Health system, focussing on three change projects in stroke, hip fracture and delirium care.

The findings were presented at the Large System Transformation Roundtable and Forum in June 2015, which were attended by two prominent implementation researchers from overseas, Stephen Samis (Vice-President Programs, Canadian Foundation for Health Improvement) and Myles Leslie (A/ Professor, Armstrong Institute for Patient Safety & Quality, Johns Hopkins University, USA).
