Evaluating the Building Partnerships Framework

The ACI is committed to research and evaluation to provide an evidence base for the development of effective models of care across NSW and to inform future policies and program development. The Building Partnerships Framework: Proposed Evaluation Approach provides:

  • An overview of the evaluation priorities for the Building Partnerships Framework;
  • An overview of the evaluative challenges posed by the Building Partnerships Framework; and
  • A proposed multi-level approach for evaluating the implementation and impact of the Building

Do you have an idea about how models and processes in Aged Health can be improved to achieve integrated care? We’d love to hear what’s happening in your Local Health District.

Expression of Interest

We are seeking EOI from partners to address one or more components of the Framework from partnerships of organisations, which may consist of (but not limited to) NSW Local Health Districts, Medicare Locals (or Primary Health Networks), General Practitioners, non-governement organisations, community, Aboriginal Medical Services and residential aged care service providers. Proposals addressing integrating care within organisations are also encouraged.
