The future starts now: Exploring telerehabilitation in NSW
Join this virtual workshop exploring telerehabilitation. We will discuss funding, overcoming barriers and challenges and patients who are suitable for telerehabilitation.
COVID-19 has accelerated and increased the use of telehealth, giving clinicians more opportunities to provide rehabilitation using this technology. However, rehabilitation can be complex and challenging to deliver virtually in a safe, efficient and effective way.
Telerehabilitation will continue to be part of future models of care. It is important we establish a dialogue among clinicians and bodies of work to ensure the delivery of safe, consistent and effective telerehabilitation in NSW.
The workshop is hosted by the Agency for CIinical Innovation Rehabilitation Network and COVID-19 Clinical Community of Practice for Rehabilitation, and will include presentations, a panel discussion, breakout room discussions and interactive live polling.
Registrations have now closed. A program, Zoom log in details and instructions for the workshop will be provided to registered attendees prior to the event.
