Overview
This conference aims to explore finding the balance for patients and clinicians as we navigate through shifting clinical experiences.
This conference is an opportunity for health professionals to connect to each other with collective input and supported interactive sessions to explore how we advocate for our patients, communities and our teams.
The main themes of the conference include:
- Ubuntu: “I am because we are” Sharing our collective experience as clinicians in a shifting environment
- Connection: Exploring our connection and responsibilities to patients and their families and towards ourselves as clinicians
- Thriving over surviving: Supporting clinicians to flourish
Audience
The event is targeted towards nurses, doctors and allied health clinicians working in metropolitan level 4 paediatric units. Clinicians working in all other areas, including rural and regional are welcome to attend.
