‘Improving Access’ is the theme for the 2020 Network Forum.  Network members will be invited to share their research and activities aimed to improve the equity of access to care and individual outcomes for people with musculoskeletal conditions.

This can include but is not limited to; improving access to care in rural and regional NSW, CALD population groups, Aboriginal Health, Consumer Care, Integrated Care, use of technology (such as Telehealth), innovation and projects that showcase collaboration, partnerships, spread and sustainability.

  • Share work that relates to and builds on the understanding of managing people with musculoskeletal conditions,
  • Empower local teams to overcome challenges in improving care for people living with musculoskeletal conditions
  • Provide an opportunity for professional networking and build a culture of sharing, support and leadership in musculoskeletal care in NSW.

Purpose

The March 2020 Musculoskeletal (MSK) Network Forum has been rescheduled to take place in October 2020.  In place of a face-to-face Forum, the MSK Network will host a webinar series.

The Musculoskeletal Network Forum provides an opportunity to celebrate accomplishments of the Network and hear and learn from health service providers and researchers who are working towards and achieving improved delivery and experience of healthcare for people who have musculoskeletal conditions

Audience

This event brings together doctors, nurses, allied health professionals and managers that work in NSW health services, consumers contributing to ACI networks, researchers, private health service providers, consumer organisations, and others who are interested in advancing musculoskeletal health in Australia.
