Musculoskeletal Network: Health Change Australia Training – Advanced Workshop
The ACI Musculoskeletal Network is hosting training in behaviour change methodology and techniques for clinical team members in NSW who are delivering the models of care for Osteoporotic Refracture Prevention (ORP), Osteoarthritis Chronic Care Program (OACCP) and Acute Low Back Pain (ALBP)..
Audience
To be eligible to attend the Health Change Australia advanced workshop, there is a requirement that applicants have previously completed the Health Change Australia workshop for beginners. This can includedoctors, nurses and allied health professionals who are local health district employees or work in private practice and are collaborating with teams delivering ORP, OACCP or ALBP.
Rural Audience
If you live or work in regional or rural settings (beyond Port Kembla, Bowral, Mt Victoria or Lake Macquarie) you may qualify for a scholarship to cover your travel to the venue and/or accommodation costs to attend the workshop.
To be eligible to be awarded a scholarship to attend this event you must be working in or planning the delivery of the ACI models of care for ORP, OACCP or ALBP.
If you are awarded a scholarship to attend this event you must be able to attend the event in its entirety.
