NSW ITIM is please to present the Injury Scaling: Uses and Techniques course which introduces the Abbreviated Injury Scale (AIS) and is the international accreditation course developed by the Association for the Advanced Automotive Medicine (AAAM) in the USA.

The course is applicable to trauma clinicians, trauma data managers, injury researchers and public health and policy professionals.

Prerequisites / Recommended Knowledge Base:

• 3-6 months of experience in working with a trauma or coding registry
• Basic anatomy course or equivalency
• Basic medical terminology course or equivalency

THIS COURSE WILL BE PROVIDED FACE TO FACE, there will be no option for virtual attendance.
