ECI Research Symposium 2017

The purpose of this inaugural event was to support emergency care professionals and EDs who are undertaking research or have an interest in developing their skills in research and establishing a research portfolio. It targeted both novice and more experienced researchers and also ACEM Advanced Trainees wishing to receive feedback on their research project methodology and approach. There was a focus on broader directions and priorities in emergency care research, funding opportunities and ongoing support for researchers.

The day was a great opportunity to share knowledge between clinicians and researchers and was a good platform for establishing research collaborations in Emergency Care.
