'Exercise in BMT' Master Class
Master Classes are designed to support the continual education and training accreditation requirements of NATA and FACT. Following each presentation, participants then have the opportunity to ask questions or engage in discussion. Each session is recorded.

Shaza is a Clinical Physiotherapist in the Haematology, BMT and Palliative Care Units at Royal Melbourne Hospital. Shaza is currently undertaking a PhD with the University of Melbourne with a focus on Exercise in People with BMT, and has so far published their first pilot study around an outpatient BMT exercise group (within the first 100 days post-transplant) which is now rolled out as part of our routine service.
Provide an overview of the benefits of exercise for those undergoing/have undergone a BMT, and to discuss ongoing projects on this subject.
