How to clear your browser cache

Every time you use a browser, it saves information from websites in its cache and cookies. This saved information can sometimes cause issues with how the browser functions. Clearing your cache can fix problems such as webpages not loading correctly.

In Chrome (on a computer)

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click the menu button(the three vertical dots button).
  3. Click More tools and then Clear browsing data.
  4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
  5. Select Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files (check the boxes).
  6. Click Clear data.
