The Improvement Alumni
An alumni has been formed for the graduates of Clinical Redesign from course beginnings through to the current Graduate Certificate level. The Redesign ‘school’, as it is affectionately known, has been running for over ten years and has seen more than 500 students through its doors. These graduates are now officially connected for the first time in the Improvement Alumni.
The alumni aim is to strengthen the redesign and innovation improvement community by supporting networking, education, and promotion of excellence in service improvement.
The first phase, commencing April 2018, involves reconnecting the community through a newsletter, The Improvement Movement, as a central communication tool. You can see issue 1 of the newsletter below with a new issue released every 4 months (graduates will receive this via direct email). Keep an eye out for future opportunities to connect, with more offerings added throughout the year.
We warmly welcome graduates to the alumni and if you would like to know more please contact Tricia Cummins, Capability Design Manager, Centre for Healthcare Redesign,
