The ACI is hosting daily Lunch & Learn sessions from Friday 22 - Friday 29 October, between 12:30-1:00pm. During these sessions we welcome a range of guests (clinicians, consumers, and telehealth managers / leads) to talk about their insights and experiences with virtual care.

Guests

  • Moderator: Nicole Favaloro - Project Officer, myVirtualCare, Agency for Clinical Innovation
  • 12:30pm: Jo McSweeney - Telehealth Manager, Syndey Children's Hospital Network
  • 12:45pm: Florian Honeyball - General Oncologist, Western NSW LHD
  • Dr Florian Honeyball is a medical oncologist at Dubbo Hospital, clinical lecturer at the University of Sydney and the chair of the WNSWLHD cancer services clinical team. His clinical interest is providing evidence based holistic cancer care as close to home as possible, and as a result of this he provides outreach clinics to Cobar, Walgett, Coonabarabran and Mudgee. Dr Honeyball also provides a remote video assisted chemotherapy model to provide access to chemotherapy in rural and remote community hospitals across western NSW.
