Phil has extensive clinical and managerial experience across a number of health facilities in MLHD and NSW. Areas of clinical experience include most areas of critical care, orthopaedics and neurosurgical nursing. Post graduate clinical qualifications include neurosurgical nursing, critical care and paediatric critical care and a Master of Dispute Resolution completed at Charles Sturt University.   Before taking up his position with the MLHD Patient Flow and Transport Unit, he held a range of senior roles at the former Wagga Wagga Base Hospital (WWBH) including Deputy Director of Nursing & Midwifery, Nurse Unit Manager Orthopaedics, Nurse Unit Manager Intensive Care/Coronary Care and Clinical Nurse Specialist in Intensive Care.
