We are pleased to announce that we are running a special full-day forum on the 20th May 2021, with a program built around best practice Models of Care that use technology to support patients across the state.

Presentations will address a variety of health services and disciplines, including mental health, aged care, and allied health, showcasing what role virtual care plays in their model of care, the challenges they are facing (or have overcome!), and their successes. Presentations will take place from 9am – 3pm.

Additionally, the full-day program includes a 1.5hr Patient Experience Forum where we take a look at patient’s and carer’s experiences with virtual care services. Through this panel discussion we aim to give health care workers a better overall perspective of what does and doesn’t work, and how we can further improve our virtual care services to meet the needs of patients. The Patient Experience Forum will take place from 3pm – 4.30 pm.
